The Brewing Process

Barley Malts are ground, weighed, mixed with hot water and added to the Mash Tun.	In the Mash Tun, the barley and water mixture is cooked until it becomes a liquid known as "wort". The wort is filtered from the mash. Hops are added to the wort and brought to a boil.
	The hopped wort is cooled and yeast is added to start the fermentation process. Carbonation flavor and alcohol are formed during this process.
The beer is filtered to remove any remaining yeast. At the height of freshness and flavor the beer is transferred to cold storage tanks.		The cold fresh beer is pressurized and sent directly to the taps you see at the bar.
